Dear Mr.Sarvesh K Sharma,

Under the circumstances will it not be appropriate to approach the Chief Justice of the High Court through the Office Bearers of the Bar Association through a written representation and copy of the same should also be forwarded to the Chief Justice Supreme Court.  The concerned Judge can take the action on the Administrative side as well as can treat the same as a writ petition.

(Please do not forget to mention two things that this is a question of basic bare necessities and bread and butter problem).

All the very best

Best Regards

Daksh
