Dear Learned Members, Please help me....... Under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, after judgment against the Opposite Party, who given the cheque to the holder, is any provision under such section ""Part Payment"?

Dear Mr. Mishra,

After judgment you have to pay full amount otherwise you will have to face the punishment given in the judgment.
