Someone known to my uncle approach for friendly loan from me for 6 months, my uncle took his guarantee that he will refund my money. but it is 18 month now and he is just giving me dates every month to return. He has given wrong address but yesterday i found his correct living place.
later i found that he is doing such practice of taking money but not returning and multiple case are running against him and he also spent 3 yrs jail in NI act.
How to get my money and what is court fee?
facts: loan amount 7 lacs( cash mode)
document: signed stamp paper but not notarized.( hard copy with me)
his son sent me soft copy on Watsapp.
