10 th 12th certificates

me. pavan kumar reddy of andhra pradesh's kadapa dist civilan joined in the rgm institution in nandyal to graduate my engneering. kindly got detained due to lack of attendance.. that too seconf time. kindly i want my certificates for further further .as i cant wait over long peroid and rejoin in this institution . kindly these are fault institutions having.. fault attendance and playing with students life. i am may keep case against them with any of your support as i want my certifactes i took my father tho the college.. then they just spoke like. its 160000 so just pay 60000 and take your certificates. that amount money is enough for my twice thise graduation. and not even took for my graduation. as how i could get them back. kindly pls help me sirs or madam. my mobile no 8179334057. pavan kumar . kadapa proddatur
