Respect Experts,

My ex wife is still residing in my house after divorce. She is a working lady and highly qualified. She has filed a petition under 125 crpc for maitainance.Next week there will be hearing for INTERIM MAINTAINANCE .

I need a few citations of denying INTERIM maintainance to working/highly qualified women more so when she is residing in my house getting all facilities.

Kindly HELP
