125 crpc challenged in high court

My wife sui me for 125crpc. I submitted my IT return for my income it shows 7500 pm. but judge order to pay 10000 pm maintance to my wife. my question is it will be worthy to appeal in high court as in lower court all the judgement is based on myths only? HC follows the same myth or not?? and how much time and money i spend on that as i already suffer to much from my last case???
