Last year I got hit with 498a and 125. I lost the job due to recession and wife is doing job in India which she hid from court, now I have found a proof of her doing th job so I want to apply u/s 127.
Since last few years I am living abroad and I was told that I need to personally come to family court to submit the application u/s 127 which is not feasible for me right now.
Please guide me as to what option(s) do I have ?
