case:
cheque issued...... dishonour........ notice.......... payment done...... 138 case filed. As from time line above chain of events can be easily understood. As i have paid the installments so now i am entitled to get back the cheque i have issued. but as he filed the case against me under sec 138 of Negotiable instruments act i want help from all the eminent lawyers in this group with case laws.
