Sir one of my friend is convicted in 138 NIA.... He has got bail for 30 days to appeal in sessions court..... Now as he wants to file an appeal, can he extend the said bail till final order of sessions court as 29th day is on Monday...?
If he can do so, can he pray for the same in appeal memo??
Or a separate application is required?? Under which section
