Your question is that whether your RCR petition by three lawyers at various stages is valid or not.
There's no legal infirmity in it.
It is your own decision and right.
Dr. J C Vashista (Advocate ) 12 March 2025
Let anyone may draft, present and proceed in a RCR petition, it is purely her personal decision.
What is your problem / concern /locus standi if it is not a time-pass post ?

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 12 March 2025
There's no legal infirmity in it, she can choose different lawyers for different purposes, it's her right which cannot be questioned.
Mr. Sumitra kumar (Advocate) 12 March 2025
Lawyer A can very well draft a petition. But you have to take no objection from Lawyer B to engage Lawyer C to argue if B and C are not related or Vakalatnama bears the name of B and C.
Thank you.
P. Venu (Advocate) 13 March 2025
You are trying to be wiser than the laws and the lawyers!
Subrata Das 14 March 2025
Is it a must to take no objection from lawyer B?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 14 March 2025
If lawyer B has filed vakalatnama on your behalf then you may have to terminate the vakalatnama or obtain no objection from him/her before proceeding through lawyer C.
Vishesh K Sapra (Advocate Supreme Court (888-215-3399)) 16 March 2025
If this in Delhi, I am ready to take this pro bono.
