KINDLY NOTE THAT.

1. AS REPORT UNDER SEC. 156 (3) IS CALLED BY THE COURT ON THE COMPLAINT FILED BY THE COMPLAINANT IN COURT.

2. POLICE HAVE SUBMITED THE REPORT IN COURT.

3. YOU MAY KINDLY CHECK THE REPORT SUBMITED IN COURT BY POLICE. CHECK IF IT IS SUPPORTING COMPLAINT OR IF IT IS NOT SUPPORTING COMPLAINT

4. IF IT IS SUPPORTING COMPLAINT THEN POLICE MUST HAVE REGISTERED F.I.R. AGAINST SAID ACCUSED AND CHARGESHEET WILL BE FILED BY POLICE.

5. BUT IF IT IS NOT SUPPORTING YOUR COMPLAINT THEN YOU MAY ARGUE BY SUBMITING APPLICATION BEFORE COURT THAT NO PROPER INVESTIGATION IS CONDUCTED AND MATERIAL WITNESSES NOT EXAMINED AND ON OTHER GROUNDS AS PER FACTS AND EVIDENCE OF SAID CASE.  AND COURT WILL DIRECT POLICE ACCORDINGLY.

6. BUT IF YOUR APPLICATION IS REJECTED BY COURT YOU MAY CHALLENGE THE SAME IN SESSIONS /HIGH COURT. GOOD LUCK.
