ME and My brother got our grand fathers 1 Gunta Land land during partition in 2021. Our both name is present in partion/Sale deed and RTC with 1 Gunta including both of us, but full 1 gunta alongside my brother and my name as "joint with above" word. But when I download Patta Book/Khata document it shows only my brothers name in it with full 1 gunta in his name. Latest RTC and Patta copy is attached.
Will this create any issue later for me while selling the land?
How can I get it corrected saying 0.5 gunta is in my name and other 0.5 gunta in my brother name?
