Hi All,
I am basically from Tamilnadu,I have done BA,LLB from Bangalore University, 2010 pass out. I would like to know what are the steps do i need to do further?.. like registration, exams and etc. My main motive is need to attend judiciary exam, so for this exam what are things i need to do.. please advise me. When will they conduct exam in TN? where can i find those details?

I am also a pass out of 2010, and have enrolled myself in the West Bengal State Bar Council.
It is heard that the BCI would be conducting AIBE all over India on March, 2011 for the 2010 batch. After that they would grant us the right to practice.
However, the Bar Council of Delhi had put an objection over the BCI's decision to take AIBE, saying that the Advocate's Act should be first ammended.
Though the BCI and other State Bar Councils are trying to take steps by letting the 2010 passouts to pratise we would have to give an undertaking regrding that we would pass AIBE 2010 within 2 years.
Meanwhile we are neither Advocates nor Clerks......;)
