Hi,
Recently i met with an accident , i was in car and i hit a guy on bike.. his middle finger got injured..nothing else happened to him. He was around 45-50 yr old.
He filed a case IPC 279-337. grevious injury
Police came to my home with a form which says that case has filed. i went to station next day with lawyer and surrendered and took bail and i have to pay fine in court now. My lawyer suggest the same.
I have couple of questions.
1. I keep travelling out of country for work related purpose, will this incident create some trouble for my visa application ?
2. Even if i close the case, will this create a bad remark on my driving history
3. Next time if i have an accident will i have extra trouble because of this case.?
4. Because of this one case will i have any kind of trouble in future ?
5. In most visa forms they ask if i am part of any criminal activity in past. should i say yes for that ?
