in August 2011, one girl slapped false 376 case on me because she was blackmailing me to marry her.I didnt succumb and i got anticipatory bail in August 2011 from sessions court itself.The order was clearly in my favour that girl was 32 years old/mature etc etc..
Now my question is it has been 12 months now and I/O has not filed the chargesheet.i have followed up many a times..what is the rule? what is good for me if he files chargesheet or if he doesn't?
Girl is going around with other guy now, if girl doesnt join the case, can i get the case closed from sessions
court( not quashing FIR from high court i mean)
if I/O files chargesheet, how many months proceedings start in court? will i get the notice? what is the procedure?
