iam Ganesh my wife had left me 2 1/2 years ago . I had tried to convince her. But she said that she was not interested. So I think she will realise and will come back. But now she filed 498,506,3&4 do act and telling that her family had life risk from my family. Mahila police informed me on 10/03/2014 about case and asked me to come for counselling I said that I will come on 13/3/2014. I mean while my mama & wife gone to sp office and complained on mahila police and shifted the case to local police station.they had directly booked fir and was submitted to court on 14/0302014. Our lawyer said that a1 could not get bail. Iam working in a bank now how can I proceed. Is this case have any strength complaining after 2 1/2 years.
