first AB fail for all accused A1 to Az and then fight the case on merits. The importance of a reputed criiminal lawyer is of utmost importance.

First thing first. Seek Anticipatory Bail for all accused.

If she has lodged a complaint with the police the the police have registered a FIR u/s 498A of IPC, certainly by now the police would have summoned you people to the Station for inquiry. If so, first of all contact a lawyer in the local, obtain AB for all of you and then wait for the court date to challenge the case as per merits.  Divorce proceedings and criminal case against you  are two different procecdings.
