complaint case under section 200 crpc.FOR VARIOUS ALLIGATIONS.IN COURT WAS FILED.
finally after four years ORDER ON chargesheet was made for 498a/406, but out of six accused only three were considered.
QUESTION is can one can go for revision petition.?
it has to be filed where?SESSION COURT OR HIGH COURT.
CAN REVISION WILL BE ALLOWED FOR ADDITION OF SECTIONS / OTHER AQUITTED NAME TO BE INCLUDED.?

In my opinion revision does not lie, you have to file an appel in the high court.
