i ask many qustions at the fourum and i thanks all for all suggetions given by the experts.my case is i think i not surebut last stage.at the court my and my fil gave thir statements and my advo. cross examin them.i/o also.the summery they no evidance for proving thier alligations.they admit that they have no evidance accept that they are saying true.iwant to know

1.what is next  going on court.  i dont want to know time becouse i am very much setteled for long battele.

2.are it is sufficient to proove alligation that they are saying true.

3.my wife and her father is only witness their side.and they says we say true.

Whats about the cross examination and admissions given by the wittnesses.

Next would be an opportunity to lead defence evidence followed by arguments and then decision

2.are it is sufficient to proove alligation that they are saying true.

If cross-examination was not proper and they generated trust of the court YES

3.my wife and her father is only witness their side.and they says we say true.

Well, conviction can be based on sole testimony too, but very rare/.
