Hello Sir/Madam,
I'm currently undergoing a DV case along with 498A FIR filed against me by my wife. She left the house on 30Aug 2015 on grounds of Medical as marriage is not consummated. While I booked up our medical appointment she left the house and never returned. Post that she didn't return and she along with her family have filed for 498A and a separate DV case demanding share in the property which is still under construction and not registered. The EMI's are being born by me completely and the EMI started after she left the house.
Request your esteemed guidance on this as to how can I proceed or what should I do to protect the property? Can she claim anything in this case?
