My wife had filed a false 498a case. I got the bail along with my parents on the same day by the lower court. Now she has filed for cancellation of bail at Kolkata high court. The case has been admitted in feb but no hearing has been fixed till now.
In the application she filed that she is a house wife but the fact is that she is a working lady at dsp black rock Kolkata at managers post. I believe by doing so she wants to misguide the high court on compassionate ground. I have been charge sheeted but charges have not yet been farmed in the lower court.
Question - can I file some counter case to highlight this to court. Under what section.
