498a trial to be completed by this month end

Coming Saturday(24/3)  Judge is going to be absent since he has some state wide conference meeting

So my judgement for 498a case will be postponed most probably as told by my lawyer. Waiting for next date for judgement.

Hi All,

Judgement was given and I am convicted under sec 498a for 6 months jail,1000 rupees fine and remaining family members acquitted.( Just unhappy littlebit ,inspite of being innocent i was convicted)

Regular judgement from the judge as in his previous judgements, If it is 498a section, the judge by default convicts A1. I didn't understand the mindset of the judge, inspite the case of being so weak  i am convicted( i think he has some grudge towards all husbands)

I had obtained bail immediately by paying the 1000 rupees fine and going for appeal in district court. Hope I get aquittal in district court.

Hey Laura, Your suggation is very ideal, how the person can forget the false case like 498a? How he will trsut on her? what if she comes and file another case, or commit sucide? he will again be in trouble...she does not love him at all..ok..tehre are millions of girls in this world..he should get some one who really loves him

what was the ground for conviction?

I hope that you would be acquitted in Session Court.

Dear Rajesh,

You fought case for 3.5 years and whole family went to jail. The person who went to jail without any fault and spending time with criminals is very hard. The person who went under this situation will know the pain.

When your wife loosing the case , she want to come back as a innocent wife. If your wife is innocent , influenced by her parents, she should have reliased her mistakes and compromised with you in 5-6 months of the case.

Women and men will get respect when they are together. but unfortunately woman are using 498A as a tool to extract money and settle score,

Nobody will marry her and withthe victory you can settle again easily
