The Anulment is possible if there is no wilful s*x from any party husband or wife.

This can be a boon for husbands who face the wife of ardent nature , frigid or having other affairs. This is very common that wife refuses to have s*x with husband and thus showing utter cruelity.

If the marriage is not consumated within first three days of marriage , the marriage can be annuled. it comes under cruelity.

Her parents and my parents are meeting to discuss and come to understanding for divorce. Later on we will sign a Memorandum of Understanding.

Can you please tell me after getting MOU, how much time it will take to get divorce from the Court?  As my marriage is 9 month old.
