I need help in quashing an FIR under 304a for accident case. Case is almost 4 yrs old, but no trial started yet as charges not yet framed. We want to get FIR quashed on grounds or delay and evidences of innocence in favour of accused. We do not wish to compromise as the victims party itself was at fault when accident happened. Please let me know if some one can persue our case in Allahabad HC on merits for quashing.
