Nullment petition to be quashed

my wife filed case against me for maintainance and he not stay with me and what to do about this case pls guide me and what is rules of maintaince. i have a daughter

annulment is a civil case. it can not be quashed. contest the case & if u succeed, then his petition will be dismissed.

be assured that - its VERY DIFFICULT on merits to annul a marriage - there would be a HEAVY burdon on petitioner husband

@Querist me:  Please note that you are under wrong impression that anything can be quashed,  he has filed a case against you which if found  to be false, you can challenge it with strng defense.  However  what made you to repeate the same query umpteen number of times?

Sir, the ground he has taken is that "respondent,s family refused to perform phere, phere/saptapadi not performed n says that hindu marriage not complete/binding without phere, n that he came to know about this ritual being prevalant in respondents family now in 2014 so it is no marriahe without phere n fraud in ceremonies respondent played. He has the photographs. I m too tensed thats why asking again..
