a suit for declaration of title for an immovable property

Can any one guide me as to what would be a typical cost involved in filing a suit of declaration of title/ ownership of an immovable property land, situate within the jurisdiction of in the magistrate court??? With kind regards!

Your question is not clear, any how you consult Advocate for filing suit for declaration he will take care of  you case.

Ok Mr.Kolla v. Raman kolla sir thanks,, I was told that the costs for filing a "declaration suit" in the appropriate court is like registration of the documents...and one needs to buy non judicial stamp papers @7.5% of the guideline value of the property/land...
