I am confuse with the following abbreviations and tags.
CPC, WPC, CMC, Civil Extra Misc. Case, IA, Affidavit in rejoinder, replication.
Is the above mentioned has got some kind of order of preference?
Any such brief simple explanation and it's usages would be very much appreciated.

CPC stands for Civil Procedure Code.
Misc. Case stand for Miscellaneous Case which is an original proceeding (other than suits) in lower courts.
IA stand for Interlocutory Application.
Affidavit in rejoinder is an Affidavit-in-Reply used by the petioner/applicant in response to the respondent's Affidavit-in-Opposition to his Petition/Application.
