About 420,156

Dear sir s, please let me know whether any bank can file 420and156 in the area where transaction is not happened. As I m in bangalore and case is registered in Delhi. And frequently calling about the same as NBA is issued for not attending to court. Since the summons are not received in registered address.

Petitioner so, advocate is saying as notice served but not responding. But since then the notice or summons are not received. Not attending to court the NBW is issued as. Some body calling herself as police inspector told that she is going to forward the message to Karnataka police.
