About issuence of legal notice to husband before filing dva

A complaint under DV Act is preferred to redress the grievances suffered by the victim in her matrimonial home, through the concerned Social Welfare Department.  Issuing a legal notice demanding the reliefs under the provisions of act will become fatal to the case followed up through court of law because the legal notice will be considered as a thought over plan hatched to torture spouse and his relatives misusing the law, so, please do not try such gimmicks.
