my grand parents had 2 male and 2female kids
1) kid (male)-A

3)kid(female)-c
4)kid(female)-D
A and D married leaving in their parents house .BandC married and
leaving their husband's house .C give birth to kid.then after his husband
dead then c came to. their parents house with kid .all ready their parents dead and property was shared between A and D and leaving separately .from D share they gave some land to C that matter D don't no.now C's SON asking that land
make it to his name but D not agree to give .they asked so many years D not agreed now they made registration documents by his name by showing property tax that they leaving from 30 years.and also. C 's son made that has gift settlement to his wife .
MY question is that C son's had right to make that illegal documents with out D permission ha?
NOW D CAN HAVE RIGHT TO APPEAL IN COURT FOR THAT LAND HA?
