i am working with Private company in ahmedabad and whenever it's last day of any employee they got the agreement about company secrecy. hence we can not do the job till 2 years, by this we can not do the job with any comptitior as we have the experience of same field and if we go against this they don't give our full and final payment.
so i want to know that is it compulsory to sign this agreement on our last day of employment? and can we ask to management to give the full and final in manner of any writing?
This type of agreement is illegal employees cannot be force to sign such type of agreement. This agreement itself is null and void as it lacks rationality.
Obtain a copy of such agreement and once your FNF is done file complain against employer.
