Nilesh your father had made a will of his self earned land in the favour of you two brothers and not want to give any share to your sisters and the same will is attested by two witness and registered in The sub -registrar office . 2. as The land is self learned by your father then he had full right to give his property on his own , your sister has no right over that and on this ground her appeal will be dismissed .
