sir my father got a property owend  by his mother  by a form of a will,now he is the owener,he gives me a will unregistered to aquire after my mother.i have two younger sisters,got married,if i execute the will,any leagal action can be taken my sisters

           hello,  Mr. Kumar,  you did not mentioned about your religion, and how old of your father's unregistered will. in my opinion it is your ancestral property so your sisters can claim their share.

i am hindu,in the will he had stated clearly that after my mother only i wll get possesion of the asset,he died one year before,
