Abuse

Sir, I have a small problem.My friends has a problem on property.two families were abusing eachother but my friend father messaged to other person abusing his wife word sorry to say 'slut' .they put case on him.i would like to know what type of case was filed and what is case procedure an Every detail of that.can u help in that.

Other person also abused the wife of victim so in an anger he msg that they both abused in messages only

Not only Defamation but outraging the modesty of woman by raising objectionable accusations on her character can also be attracted if the opposite party is smart enough.

Engage a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity handling such/civil matters to defend you, if amicable setllement/Raazinama is not possible...........
