about 1 year ago i wa s going on my bike for my classes.I accidently crashed a person who was riding on a scooter.He stood up and polietely asked my name address and phone no. and went back.
The next day he called me and said that he want money for his treatment as he has been seriously injured.I refused straightaway.
About after 3 months a police inspector came to our hose and said that a case has been registered against me.
I got out on bail the next day.I came to know that the FIR was registered after 3 months of the accident.The case is still pending in district court.
Please tell me the implications and conequences of this case.For how long this case will be streched?
