Latest update . Monday im going to meet commisioner of police chennai to hand over my written complaint against the chennai nodal team for hacking my account . Its the nodal and the appellate team who are totally involved in this hacking . The chennai CMD for tata broadband Mr. Raghu nair claims that he and his company tata communications can answer the complaints when ever they feel its appropriate ?  WHERE AND WHAT IS TRAI DOING. 

I called the trai officer to check on the reply the appellate sent to them and the trai officer was telling me that they get 1000s of emails everyday and its hard to reply and take action against all of them ?

The TRAI terms & conditions are more favourable to the companies than to the customers.

Jus a day before this person could not find any information which says that i requested for the password change request and the next day the same person says that sorry when i checked it yesterday it wasnt there

but today its there ?
