acquiring land with out permission

Dear experts,
South central Railways constructing an under bridge in my land with out permission, information or even public notice without giving compensation.
under these circumstances what to do the aggrieved person.
request you that kindly advice on this issue

Construction of "Under Bridge" has to be made down below existing railway line, isn't it ?

If so, there is no need to publish / seek consent of any one / alleged stake holder .

Consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts and professional advise.

File RTI Application and seek all documents from Railways before contacting advocate, as such under bridge construction in someone's land is not known. There are thousands of underbridges to be constructed by Railways, and after getting strong political pressures and public demand, with the participation of Municipality/Corporation they undertake to construct such under bridges. That part of underbridge costs/construction is always done/borne by Railways (Confining to their own land), the approach roads acquisition and development is the responsibility of the local authority.
