I have purchased my flat with 1 car parking space. Now I want to purchase an additional car parking. Builder mentioned that additional car parking will be provided with righ to use allotment basis, however, the same will not be registered as the sale deed has been registered already. Builder will charge money along with gst. The housing society has more parking spaces than total number of flat. Should o go ahead with above stated condition. Please advise.
