Additional terrace after sale deed

Dear All,

I have booked a flat & agreement done & its possession time & now builder is telling addtional money against terrace besides my bedroom. Access for terrace provided from my bedroom there is no other access to terrace. I am asking approved plan for addtional terrace but builder is not providing able to show me. Should I go for the deal ?

Don't enter into any transaction without production of approved lay out.

seems builder wants to make money and he is not relable i think. it is still up to you to go for . May be some more poblems likely from him adv dr G balakrishnan PhD LL.B M.L advoate (original side)Bombay high court

You may strictly follow your Agreement with the builder.

ask your developer to provide you a letter on his company letterhead that the terace does not fall under the descripttion of common area & secondly he is authorised to sell this area, in case, any objection is taken by society later on developer will be sole responsible for same.
