I want certified copy of Address proof of my wife who is Petitioner in DV case.
This address proof is needed to serve her notice for anopther case.

Can i ask court for certified address proof of petitioner , someone told me it can be asked under exhibit 4..
I am not sure of this..case in maharashtra.
Kindly guide me..how to get address proof from court of spouse.
