Admissibility of mobile call recordings in court

Dear Friends,

I want to produce Mobile Conversation recordings held b/w me and my wife in court, I have audio files as per below:

a) Conversation recordings done in my mobile phone (Source in my mobile), i have mobile and call audio files in it intact.

b) I have copied conversation audio files from another mobile to my laptop/mobile.

In both the above cases Can You Please Guide Me that How Can I bring the call conversation audio recordings on record in court ? I mean what is the procedure by which these conversation audio files can be treated as evidence ?

Thanks & Regards Freinds !!

All the phone recordings be written down on paper along with timings Important points of calls be highlighted...be submitted with a certificate that no tempering has been done with the proofs. Rest your lawyer knows the procedure.

Hon. Court may accept Mobile converstions as evidence after forensic inspection of the device to verify it for any tempering.
