ADMISSION OF COMMISSION OF OFFENCE

Dear Sir,

I am accused in a non-bailable,non-compoundable and cognizable case registered against me on the basis of my own written statement of admission of offence. The complainant applied through 156(3) Cr.P.C. to the Trial Court and on the direction of the court the FIR has been registered against me and I have not joined investigations despite repeated written notices by the Investigating Officer.

My Question is: Can I get anticipatory bail from the Session Court or High Court u/s: 438 Cr.P.C.
