if a man is already married and he has not taken divorce till now but he dont want to live with her wife they dont have contanct from last one year and he love to other girl they are in living relation so what are the consequences or legal actions.....

The wife will have to prove her allegations in the divorce petition.

The wife can file for divorce on the ground of adultery.

If husband is adamant is stick to not giving divorce to wife because of falsea allagations of domestic voilence and dowry demand and regular phone calls from police ..husband has all the proofs in that situation if husband is not ready for divorce than what are the possibilities of divorce based on false allegations by wife... |

Why dont you let her go? She does not like you. You seem to be liking always fighting with your wife, she make allegations, give complaint on you etc etc and you seem to be loving it. If she wants divorce give divorce, dont pay her a single penny. Get rid of headache.
