A police from my local police station came to me and informed me that a case is filed against you. You have to pay 10 thousand. I just told him that it might be a false case and i shall not pay any money. Immediate, he reacted to me and start abusing me. He told me, I will send you to jail. Letter on, I inquired in police station and did not find any FIR against me. In this regard, i want to file a Defamation (Maan Haani)case against him, Is it possible? please advice how and where?
