my self is someshwar sharma from surat,gujarat.i married seven years back n have 5year old son.my wife has an affair from last 1 year so when i asked about it she had argument with me and tension created.my wife has very high dreams she never compromise she need big house n big car myself is middle class fellow cannot able to provide the thinghs.i talk about this to my inlaws but they take her side n said she will live like this only n they will file false case of dowary if i oppose.i was very much deprresed n contact lawyer he advice me to file case in midiation center for comprimise n i do the same.the case is still pending.knowing this she filled case of DV and maintance agaist me.she also file application of mental m phyiscial harrestment with police.now she wants diviorce n alimoney of 10 Lakhs and my son.pls advice how could i get custody of my child
so sir pls adivice me i am ready to stay for sake of my son-------
