1.I want to know that a second wife holds 100% rights in property of husband(100%) if the husband has an only son from his previous marriage. Though she is a nominee.

there is no ownership of Tenancy Property .landlord is only the owner of the property .only dispute regarding tenancy right can be raised .
3. If Husband has joint Property with Son from First Wife. Can second wife ask for share ?
she can claim maintenance from husband only n not share in the property
4. What to do if second wife has filed a wrong case of CRPC 145 on SON of First wife apart from going to civil?
175. Power to summon persons.
1 . A police officer proceeding under section 174, may, by order in writing, summon two or more persons as aforesaid for the purpose of the said investigation, and any other person who appears to be acquainted with the facts of the case and every person so summoned shall be bound to attend and to answer truly all questions other than questions the answers to which would have a tendency to expose him to a criminal charge or to a penalty or forfeiture.
2. If the facts do not disclose a cognizable offence to which section 170 applies, such persons shall not be required by the police officer to attend a Magistrate' s Court.
5. If land lord issues rent receipt on the name of Son from first wife can he open the shop & use it or second wife can take police action ?
if proper permission of concern authority has been taken and NOC of the landlord is taken then he can open a shop.
if nuisance is created then only she can take police action otherwise not.
