Advice on bail

can bail be opposed/stopped??????? if yes than on what conditions??
Also while getting bail do both girls and boy family called and gave statement and only then bail is granted??? or just lawyer file petion for bail and they got bail in case of dowry and domestic violence?????????

It all depends on facts and circumstances of a case, generally the practice these days is that the court insist the presence of parties to decide whether the bail be granted or not.

Bail can be opposed by prosecution and assisted by complainant.

 

Bail can be granted on the merits of the case or can also be rejected.
