I am working for a startup for more that two years ,founder promised me an equity when i joined.Now he was telling he will give final share certificate when an investor invests.Now he registered a new company in the name of website we started.I want to get a document for assurance for equity or some amount so that i can't be cheated when i resign from company.Could you please tell what type of document i need to ask him. please advice me
