I am purchasing a peice of agriculture land at the time of agreement the land mutation was not on the name of the owner of the land and ther person engaged in agreement, although it is an inherited land from the ensisters of him.
it was mutually agreed that he will get the mutuation done before the registray of the land.
i have made several reminders in this regards related to the mutation to him in last 4 months but there was no action. 3 days before the registry finally the mutuation got completed on his name.
I want to know that will he able to execute the sale deed and registry with in 3 days after the mutation on his name or any other legal consicunces.
the land is in Uttar Pradesh, Muzaffarnagar district and I and the seller both are native of the place
