Respected Sir/Madam,
can some body advise me on a problem that im facing , i have been staying in an old pagdi system house (land lord is some one else, but the room belongs to my father), we have another tenant staying on the above floor, there is constant leakage from the above house where the water leaks in our two rooms of which one is in the kitchen, when we tell him to repair it he gives excuses and does not even come to meet as he stays else where and has rented the above rooms to some one else, the leakage has caused lots of dammages to us, which we have repaired by our selves and we also have pictures of the damages caused to us, but he always argues and does not bother, can some body advise as to what remedy can i get, because he want us to bear the cost of repairs or pay half the amount and also says that if in future ther is any problem then he would not be responsible.
